The Power of Hope

 

Today is May 10, the second Sunday of the month. Here on 2 Empower U, Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will talk about hope and how powerful it is; how it can make a difference in your life. Keeping Hope Alive

 

For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease. Though the root thereof wax old in the earth, and the stock thereof die in the ground; Yet through the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant.

                                                                                                - Job 14: 7-9

 

Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will share with you five reasons why hope is important; why you should always hold on to hope and keep it alive. He will help you understand why your faith in God is essential to your desire for hope. The pastor will also talk about how God’s faithfulness and loyalty to you, and how He is able to do more than what you ask for. You only need to believe and hope.

 

God will always open up something for you, so you will be able to get up again. God is always up to something good in your life.

 

The LORD'S loving kindnesses indeed never cease, For His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.

Pastor Thomas wants you to remember this: As long as you got hope that things will get better, it will.

 

Though the storms keep on raging in my life

And sometimes it's hard to tell the night from day
