TRAINING YOUR HUMAN SPIRIT – NOVEMBER 29, 2021
“The spirit of man is the candle of the Lord, searching all the inward parts of the belly.”
- Proverbs 20:27
Hello, everyone! Today is the last Monday of November, and we have a special episode here on 2 Empower U. Today, Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will help “train your human spirit.” He will help you understand how God guides and protects you through your spirit. Likewise, He will help transform you into a more spirit-conscious human being. The pastor’s goal is to pull you away from the thought that only the physical and mental consciousness matters.
“Our spirits can be educated just as our minds can be educated. Our spirits can be built up in strength and trained just as our bodies can be built up and trained.”
- Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach
Pastor Thomas will introduce you to four important steps that you can do to develop your spirit. Here are some experts from what he will discuss with you today:
- “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.”
- Joshua 1:8
- “We have many ‘talkers about the Word’ and even many ‘rejoicers about the Word,’ but we do not have many doers of the Word.”
- Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach
- Put God’s Word first, listen to what He has to say, look at His Word, and keep His Word in your heart.
- The human has a voice.
