Your Problems are God’s Blessings – October 05
Today, the first Monday of October, Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach and 2 Empower U will focus on problems. Not on particular problems per se, but on how we respond to the challenges that come our way.
The problems you face will either defeat or develop you. This is what Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will discuss with you. How is it that most of us look at the problems that God gives us as a curse? Why do you resent problems?
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach wants you to know that God uses problems to bring good things to your life. How you respond to these problems will determine their effect on you and your life.

DIRECTION
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach wants you to understand that problems are God’s way of pointing you to a new direction and encouraging you to accept consider changes and opportunities. Every problem you encounter should not discourage you; instead, it should motivate you – to believe and trust in God, because He knows the right path for you.

INSPECTION
What do your problems reveal about you? Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach knows each one of us deal with our problems in different ways. Some of us lock ourselves in the room. Some prefer to hide inside the closet, while others want to just have fun and forget their problems.
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach wants you to know that God uses your problems to inspect you. He uses problems to examine your character and faith. God tests you because He expects something from you.
“When you have many kinds of troublers, you should be full of joy, because you know that these troubles test your faith, and this will give you patience.”

CORRECTION
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach wants you to realize that often, you only learn to acknowledge the value of something after you lose it. He also wants you to know that, most often, you’ll learn lessons only after you’ve gone through failure and pain. God uses situations like this, such as when you have problems, to correct you and teach you the value of something. He corrects you because He loves you.

PROTECTION

A problem can be a blessing in disguise if it prevents you from getting into serious harm. Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach wants you to understand that God allows things to happen for a reason – and this reason is to protect you. He knows what is best for you – and this is how He protects you.

PERFECTION
God is far more interested in your character than your comfort – and this is what Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach wants you to understand. God gives you problems to help you grow in character. You become more patient, stronger, and more faithful. God gives you problems to help you grown your relationship with Him.
“We can rejoice when we run into problems….they help us learn to be patient. And patience develops strength of character in us and helps us trust God more each time we use it until finally, our hope and faith are strong.”
