OCTOBER 25, 2021 – THE ANOINTING MAKES THE DIFFERENCE
“When they arrived, Samuel saw Eliab and thought, ‘Surely the Lord’s anointed stands here before the Lord.’”
But the Lord said to Samuel, ‘Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.’”
- Samuel 16: 6-7
Happy last Monday of October, everyone! Today on 2EmpowerU, Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will talk about something that not a lot of people seriously think of or consider: the benefits of anointing. Often, when you hear a person talking about anointing someone, they’re trying to tell you that one life is about to end. What Pastor Thomas will share to you today is the opposite of that: how the anointing will help shape you to become a better person while enjoying a closer, more meaningful relationship with God and His Kingdom.
10 Benefits of the Anointing
Pastor Thomas will share with you ten things that you can get from the anointing: better leadership, finding life blessings, moving forward, connecting with God-fearing people, transforming to a better you, a new level of worshipping God, overcoming the battles that come your way, protection, dealing with your enemies, and breaking burdens.
“And it shall be, in that day his burden shall be taken away from off your shoulder, and his yoke from off your neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing oil.”
- Isaiah 10: 27

OCTOBER 18, 2021 – YES, LORD, I WILL DO IT
"!f there are two people, one with no ability but an attitude of faithfulness, and the other with a lot of ability but no faithfulness, I will take the one who is faithful every time." - Buddy Bell
Hello, everyone! It’s the third Monday of October and we’re here to give you this week’s installment of 2EmpowerU. Today, Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will help you learn what it means to “go and do it.” What does it mean to follow God? To be a servant of God? What does it mean to have “faith every time?” The answers to these questions will help prepare you for the time when you are finally able to say, “Yes, Lord, I will do it.”
Ask With Pure Intentions
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will also talk to you about what it means to ask for something with only pure intentions, and not because you want power or a highly regarded status. When you ask Jesus to allow you to “sit with him,” you have to be prepared to accept Him and all that He does, and to act in His likeness. You have to be Christ-like in your thoughts, words, and deeds.
“But Jesus answered and said, Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?”
- Matthew 20:22
Pastor Thomas will likewise share with you the inspiring story of Elisha – how he learned to be responsible for his decisions and what his “destiny decision” means. The pastor will help you understand what it means to stay true to your decision and how important it is in your quest to faithfully follow God.

THINK SUPERNATURALLY – OCTOBER 11, 2021
“And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.”
- Luke 5:5
Hello, everyone! It’s the 2nd Monday of October and here on 2EmpowerU, Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will be talking about “thinking supernaturally”. He will help you understand what it means to “plan for the supernatural” when you plan something. He’ll share with you the stories of Peter and Elisha so you’ll better understand what “thinking supernaturally” means.
Think of God’s Presence
The pastor will share with you his insights on why thinking of God’s presence is more important than obsessing over our problems. You’ll understand how it can help you see and feel God and his supernatural healings better. You’ll understand what it means to plan for the supernatural.
“When we are more concerned about His presence than our problems, we will begin to see the Glory of God do many supernatural healings in our Church. God becomes more real to you.”
- Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will also briefly talk about belief and unbelief. He will give you some ideas on how the Lord’s power can become present in you; how He can heal you and the people you love. And all you need to do is believe.

OCTOBER 04, 2021 – WHEN TRUSTING GOD IS HARD
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding.
- Proverbs 3:5
Good day, everyone! It’s the first Monday of October and it’s time for 2EmpowerU. In today’s episode, Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will talk about trust. Does trusting someone equate to sacrificing something – or some things? How do you know who to trust or how much to trust someone? What does it mean to trust the Lord with all your heart? Pastor Thomas will answer all these questions for you. He’ll help you understand what it means to truly trust someone – and to put all your trust in the Lord.
Trusting Without Seeing
Some people have a difficult time trusting others because they want proof that they’re trusting the right person. Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will help you understand why real trust doesn’t have to rely on proof. He’ll also give you insights on how trusting God without seeing God is a challenge for some people – even if it shouldn’t be the case.
The pastor will give you four tips on how you can slowly but surely build and strengthen your trust in God.
Pastor Thomas also wants you to remember this:
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
- Philippians 4:6-7
Trust in God with all of your heart. Always.

A Push in the Right Direction – September 27, 2021
“In life, you’re going to have to give yourself a push. You can’t wait for people to see the God in you; if so, life will pass you by.”
Hello, everyone. Today is the last Monday of September 2021 and here on 2 Empower U, Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will talk to you about pushing yourself towards the right direction. He is going to help you understand what you need to do to get to the right direction, the direction that God has prepared for you. He’s going to help you understand why you shouldn’t wait for things to happen before deciding what to do. You have to push yourself to act before opportunities pass you by.
What You Can Do
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach is going to give you some ideas on how you can push yourself to the right direction. There are two important things he will share with you: you have to have positive and definite goals, and you have to be choosy.
The pastor will help you understand what being optimistic and clear in setting your goals mean. He will help you know how important it is to decide what you want, do what you want, and be what you want to be. And how God can help you with all these.
Remember, however, that:
“God won't choose for you. God's will has to do with you making a choice. God can want you blessed but if you refuse to choose to struggle, He won’t bother you.”
- Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will teach you the value of making a decisive choice and what to do if you find yourself unable to make a definite choice. He will teach you how to be choosy with what you want.
“When giving yourself a push, be sure that you tell your mind what you want, then all the ways and means will begin to open for you.”
- Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach

Uncommon Wisdom – September 20, 2021
Uncommon wisdom is wisdom that is out of the ordinary or unusual.
Hello, everyone! Today, the 3rd Monday of September 2021, Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach is on 2 Empower U to talk about uncommon wisdom – wisdom that is not like the usual, wisdom that is not of the ordinary kind. You may ask: “What does uncommon wisdom have to do with my relationship with God?” Pastor Thomas will help you understand this in today’s episode.
What to Do
When you do not know what to do, you have to remember that God knows. God knows what you should do and it is Him that you should listen to. This is what Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach wants you to always remember, especially when you are at a crossroads and are confused because of all the factors that are trying to pull you away from your goals.
Another thing that you should remember is this:
“The Holy Spirit must be the most important person in your life. He reveals the power you have in Christ in the earth realm.”
- Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach
“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.”
- James 1:5
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach also wants you to understand that more than anything else, having the right kind of wisdom is important.

Transition – September 13, 2021
Transition – refers to a process or period of changing from one state or condition to another.
Good day, everyone! Today is the 2nd Monday of September and in today’s episode of 2 Empower U, Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will be talking about transition.
When you hear the word transition, what’s the first thing that comes to your mind? Change? Movement? Passage? Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will tell you that it is all those three combined. Transition is change when something starts in one condition and transforms into another. Transition is movement when one moves from one place or set to another. And transition is passage when something has ended and another one is starting.
The Kind of Transition You Need
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will share with you the reasons why transition should be something you shouldn’t be afraid of. Transition means God is working gradually to prepare you for something better.
“To everything, there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven.”
- Ecclesiastes 3:1
The pastor will tell you that there are reasons for every transition you go through. Likewise, there is a perfect time for everything. So, your transition can be slow or it can be fast; it all depends on your desire and vision…..and God’s wonderful plans for you. God has a purpose for you.
Pastor Thomas will also explain to you what it means to “move when God is moving and slow down when God is slowing down.”
The Lord is Always With You
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach assures you that as you go through transitions in your life, the Lord will stay with you. He will never forsake you. In Joshua 1:9, the Lord says:
“Have I not commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”
You also have to have the right vision.
“The Lord answered me and said: write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it, for the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”
- Habakkuk 2: 2-3
