LIVING IN VICTORY EVERY DAY
“For every child defeats this world, and we achieve this victory through our faith.”

Today is the 1st day and the 1st Monday of March 2021, and Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach is ready 2 Empower U with FAITH.
FAITH is what the good pastor wants you to know, understand, and embrace today. Your faith, his faith, our faith that plays a significant role in how we build our relationship with God.
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach wants you to realize how valuable faith is if you want to achieve anything that you want to do with God. If you do not have faith, it will be difficult for you to please God.
WE NEED OUR FAITH TO WORK WITH AND PLEASE GOD.
God says:
“If you seek me diligently, I will reward you.”
So….SEEK GOD. DON’T MISS OUT ON YOUR BLESSINGS.
“Start your day diligently seeking God and He will reward you.”

The pastor also talks about the importance of FAMILY. You need to understand and accept that your family is a gift from God – NOT a curse, or a burden, or a punishment.
YOUR FAMILY IS A BLESSING FROM THE LORD, SO NEVER TAKE THEM FOR GRANTED.
Lastly, Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach wants to remind you of the role of money – or your finances – in your life and in your relationship with God.
HONOR GOD FIRST. RETURN TO HIM THE GIFTS HE SENT YOU. YOUR MONEY IS A GIFT FROM HIM.
Therefore:
You will only find your true riches if God is FIRST in your life. He should be your number one treasure, your only master.
SERVE GOD FIRST BEFORE MONEY….BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE. “Don’t allow money to master you. MASTER MONEY.”

Your true riches are not all the money you have, or the material things or power you want. They are right there with you – all gifts and treasures from God. Have faith, love your family, and put God first in your life – and you will be financially victorious. Faith, family, and God – these are your true riches.

FOCUS ON GOD, NOT PROVISION – FEBRUARY 22, 2021
“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
- Matthew 6:33
In today’s 2 Empower U, Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will share with you his knowledge and experiences on the importance of focusing on God. He will help you learn to focus on God instead of on money, provisions, and on other worldly things. If you hang on to God, if you depend on Him, He will take care of you. If you are faithful in doing what God wants or asks you to do first, He will give you whatever you need.
GOD IS THE SOURCE OF YOUR SUPPLY
“God is the source of my supply. God is the one I depend on.”

People and things – all those worldly riches that easily tempt you – can come and go. But God is always there. God is permanent; He never leaves you. If you make a mistake, or if you fail, He does not leave you. He waits for you to pick yourself up and He will be there to guide and help you recover. He should be the only one you must depend on.
The Pastor wants you to remember that:
God is the source of your supply. But, you have to know how and what to ask from Him. Remember that God is BIG. He can bless you and everyone else in His Kingdom. So, you do not have to worry or allow jealousy to eat you up. God will help you prosper. God delights in your prosperity.
“And be renewed in the spirit of your mind.”
- Ephesians 4:23
Pastor Thomas explains this verse clearly: When things happen to you, you immediately start thinking that God has showered you with provisions. But this is only possible if you start to renew yourself in the spirit of your mind – when you think of God first before anything and anyone else. Instead of focusing on worldly things, you will find yourself seeking for God’s provisions right away.

Settle everything in your heart and mind today before you can get your supply.
PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH
Lastly, the Pastor wants you to be aware of a divided heart. There are people who are divided because they say one thing and then do another. Do not be one of these people. You have to practice what you preach.
Focus on God and His promises. Seek God. Chase God. Let God into your life and allow Him to work His wonders. Never allow anyone to pull you away from God. Instead, do what God tells you to do, and your supply will overflow.
Say this every day. Let this be your daily motivation:
GOD IS WHAT I SEEK, NOT MONEY. GOD IS WHO I SEEK, NOT PROSPERITY.
Go back to God. Pray and talk to Him. Seek Him first before anything and anyone else.

I AM A KING – FEBRUARY 15, 2021
“I am a King and my Kingdom is not of this world.”

In this episode of 2 Empower U, Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will talk to you about Jesus, the King, and His Kingdom that is like no other. The pastor will help you realize the truths that prove why Jesus is the Lord of lords and the King of kings.
Likewise, Pastor Thomas will also share with you how Jesus values where He came from and what His purpose was for coming to us, so you will know and understand where you came from and why your are here.
The Pastor also talks about character, integrity, and loyalty, which are all important requirements for entering and joining the Kingdom of God.
WHERE YOU CAME FROM
“If you have given your love to God, you are from heaven. You came through your mother’s birth canal, but you are not FROM your mother. You are FROM heaven.”

To understand what your purpose is in the Kingdom of God, you need to know where you came from. Once you know that you are FROM heaven, delivered through your mother’s womb, you will have a clearer picture of the King in your life – Jesus.
LORD OF LORDS, KING OF KINGS
“They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because He is LORD OF lords and KING OF kings – and with Him will be His called, chosen, and faithful followers.”
- Revelation 17:14
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach wants you to realize this:
The LORD of lords pertains to God and you (us). The LORD represents GOD, while lords point to you, to use, His people.
Therefore, you are a lord. You are a king. You need to keep this in mind and heart all the time. It will help improve your self-esteem, and you will be able to serve the King better and more sincerely.
Pastor Thomas shares this, as well: GOD said, “You and I are one.”
As such, you are part of the Kingdom of God. Use this to your advantage – and to help the people. Go to them and tell them about the good news of Jesus Christ. Pastor Thomas will encourage you to share the good news of the Kingdom first to those who do not know Jesus, then share the good news to those who are already part of God’s Kingdom.
Your responsibility as a member of God’s Kingdom is to deliver a simple but powerful message. Your goal is to help others discover the Kingdom inside of them, so they will discover Jesus.
“I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
- Matthew 16:19

WHY MEN DON’T GO TO CHURCH – FEBRUARY 08, 2021
“Going to the house of God doesn't make you saved, but it is an outgrowth of your salvation. Ninety percent of men are interested in God/Love God but not the Church.”

Today’s focus on 2 Empower U is men and the Church. Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will help you open your eyes to the realities and reasons why men do not attend church service. There are four main points of focus in today’s discussion – the Church being “unmanly”, men’s belief that one can be a good person even without the Church, men’s obsession with competition and winning, and the belief that the Church is more for women than men.
But, the Pastor wants you to realize that:
“When the true authentic power of God touches a man’s life and that man yields to the power of God; everything that touches that man will be BLESSED….”

EXCUSES
Many men make up excuses when asked why they do not go to church. Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will share with you what these seven major excuses are. Then the Pastor will help you understand why all the excuses are actually a manifestation of men’s feelings of being unwanted in Church (and perhaps even in some aspects of their life).
But Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will also discuss with you why he believes that men are really interested in becoming a part of the Church. And it all boils down to one thing: helping mean feel that they are wanted and needed; that they have a place in the House of God.

GOD SHALL SUPPLY – FEBRUARY 01, 2021
If I want to know what's in the invisible realm I go to the Bible because a list of my inventory is there of what belongs to me.

In today’s episode of 2 Empower U, Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will share with you an “inventory”; a “storage” of all the things that God has given you. He wants you to know that you don’t have to worry or feel bad because God supplies all your needs – a stable job, a sturdy home, a loving spouse, and a happy family.
“But my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”

GOD IS RICH
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach wants to assure you that whatever you need, and even your desires, God will supply for you. God is not broke; He has riches that He freely shares with you. He is richer than anybody, and He blesses you according to His riches. He gave up His life so that you can have the BEST. You only have to believe and have faith.
“When you know God, you know His heart. You’ll know that He’ll give you more than just abundance.”

GOD HAS PREPARED THE WAY FOR YOU
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach also wants to encourage you to listen and hear the words of God; to follow God’s humble request for you to “incline thine ear unto my sayings”. God talks directly to you – through your spirit – and you should hear nothing else.
“God has already supplied the ways and means for us to get from point A to point B.”

The Pastor also wants you to know and understand that God has already prepared a way for you to be prosperous and successful, but you have to do everything according to His commands.
Walk by faith and listen to God’s words so His plans for you will manifest exceedingly and abundantly.

Leadership – January 2021
In today’s 2 Empower U, Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will talk to you about leadership, something that many of you can certainly relate with. There are leaders everywhere – in school, the office, the Church, in your organization, and even at home. The Pastor will share with you the reasons why God is the GREATEST leader of all.
Pastor Thomas will further explain this to you: Jesus knew His mission statement. Jesus declared His mission and did it. He regularly visualized the success of His own efforts. You can do the same.
Four Points – How Jesus Leads
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach wants you to look at Jesus as a leader – how He leads – and make Him your inspiration for your leadership journey. The Pastor wants you to take note of four significant points:
I declare a thing and it is done for me.
My word accomplishes that which I send it out to do.
I always do what pleases God.
God always answers my prayers.
Know who your Boss is and be in touch with Him at all times. Lest you forget, Pastor Thomas wants you to remember that GOD IS YOUR BOSS. Meet with your Boss, talk to Him every day. Set aside some time for your Boss.
“God is the best leader. You have to partner with the Holy Spirit, and God will show you what to do. That’s what Jesus did.”

Also, the Pastor wants you to know your mission statement, just like Jesus. This was Jesus’ mission statement:
“The spirit of the Lord is upon me because He has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent me to heal the broken hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.”
- Luke 4:18-19
The Pastor also wants to encourage you to believe in yourself. Encourage yourself. Be confident. Remember: Jesus never denied Himself of His own power.
“The power of God lives inside of you. God believes in you.”

People need a leader who has confidence.
Another good point that the Pastor raises is this: you have to see things the way God does. Your situation is always different from everyone else.
“As a man thinketh, so is he.”

Lastly, Pastor Thomas wants you to be confident in your plans. No one can ruin them. Look at Jesus as your inspiration. Even if He knew He was going to suffer; even if He knew Judas was going to betray Him, he did not alter His plans and even gave Judas the same power that He gave the other disciples. Jesus was confident that no one can ruin His plans.
You are the only person who can ruin your plans. Make sure this does not happen to you.
“Nobody can keep you down unless you decide not to rise again.”

God has great plans for you. Keep this in mind.

I PROMISE IT WILL HAPPEN – JANUARY 2021

“A promise is a declaration or assurance that one will do a particular thing or that a particular thing will happen. But a promise is just as good as the one making it.”

"According to your faith let it be done to you."

The Pastor wants you to know that God never lies. God ALWAYS keeps His promises. You only need to ask God according to His promise, and His answer will always be YES. God gave His word to you – to us – many, many years ago.
“There’s nothing I can’t have.” Believe this and say you got it even if it hasn’t manifested yet, because God promised this to you.
Also, Pastor Thomas wants to encourage you to have faith. Your faith has to be overflowing. Whatever it is that you want from God, your faith will have the power to make it happen. You cannot want a lot and then do not believe and have no faith! God is ready to deliver everything, but you have to believe and have overflowing faith.
“And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him, and saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.
And Jesus saith unto him, ‘I will come and heal him.’
The centurion answered and said, ‘Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.’”

BELIEVE. HAVE FAITH. AND THE PROMISES WILL HAPPEN.

STAY IN FAITH ALL YEAR – JANUARY 11
On the 2nd Monday of the year 2021, Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will talk about faith here on 2 Empower You. This is not about the one-time kind of faith, but faith that last the whole year through – and longer. Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will talk about “faith for all seasons”.
“Faith speaks from heaven, faith sees from heaven, faith hears from heaven….faith is the future that is called now.”

FAITH IS POWERFUL
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will also tell you how important faith is, especially if you want the presence of God in your life. Faith is powerful. It allows you to conquer your past struggles so you can continue in faith in the present and all the way to the future.
The Pastor will also explain to you how faith is powerful because it negates fear. It is your mindset, what your thoughts allow you to manifest that can challenge your faith. If you are filled with negativity, you attract only the negative. But, if you focus on God and in your faith, you attract only the good.

Believing Is NOT Having Faith in God
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will share with you the story of Lazarus to help you understand why believing is not exactly having faith in God.
Jesus responded, "Didn't I tell you that you would see God's glory if you believe?" So they rolled the stone aside. Then Jesus looked up to heaven and said, "Father, thank you for hearing me.42 You always hear me, but I said it out loud for the sake of all these people standing here, so that they will believe you sent me."

Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will encourage you to not only believe but to also have faith.
FAITH AND TIME
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach will also talk about the relationship of time and faith. If you are a true believer and your faith overflows, you won’t allow time to dominate you – to dictate if you should stay in faith or not. Faith does not depend on time. Something you are waiting for can happen today or tomorrow, or in the next month or year. Do not let all the waiting take away your faith from you.
