The Overseer.
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach is telling us that an overseer type of worker in a workplace will see what needs to be done and finishes it faithfully even without questions asked. This type of worker has a millionaire quality.
" Even a child is known by his actions, by whether his conduct is pure and right " - Proverbs 20:11
The Doer.
Always asking the right questions are the key to this type of worker. Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach is describing the doer type as a conscientious type of worker.
" Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as though you were working for the Lord and not for people " – Colossians 3: 23
The Worker.
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach explains to us that this type is the hard worker. It will toil its hardship until something gets done.

Today, we are going to learn the power on how to break the cycle of busyness. Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach is going to teach us how to break distractions that keep us busy in our quest to do what we are called to do.
Focus is re-focus.
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach tells us to refocus and live mindfully by engaging ourselves to do one task at a time. Multitasking can let us miss one thing from another one. So, he encourages us to do one thing at a time.
Urgency taking its place.

Choosing what to do and what not to do can help us fix what our priorities should be. Using our time wisely can give our lives more meaning. Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach encourages us to unload and focus to only on what matters to us for the moment.
Established to plan.
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach explains to us to focus on our strengths and try to outsource or eliminate the remaining tasks we have at hand. He suggests doing a collaboration with a team. Teamwork makes the dream work.

Be your own guard.
Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach tells us to be responsible whether with our time, money, and actions. He reminds that we are accountable for our mistakes and measures. Self- empowerment has a lot to do with being responsible.

Be your own solution.
